MEN & WOMEN OF TOMORROW
Sitting alone in this empty room, I
write these words
Provoking thought, leading to positive
change, I will be heard
By a multitude of people, who I’m sure
will soon agree
This world isn’t about them and it
certainly isn’t about me
It’s about the children who need our
guidance and our love
Give them protection, love and
affection for they are gifts from above
Bestowed upon us, which is why we must
keep the love flowing
So as I live, I constantly give through
the words in my poems
We should lead by example; for it’s our examples they will
follow
To each we must teach for they are the
men & women of tomorrow.
